The Br. Fidelis Leddy Center for Learning Resources (CLR) is pleased to announce that our print 
book collection can now be borrowed!
As we continue to support your academic and other information needs during the community quarantine period, we are now offering the Reserve & Receive (R&R) Service — #TheNewNormalWay of borrowing print books from CLR.
Just follow these three easy steps:
1. RESERVE BOOKS ONLINE
Search the book(s) you intend to borrow through WorldCat Discovery. You may watch our LaRCy's Pro Tip #1: Discover LRC's Collections with WorldCat Discovery to guide you on how to search our library collection.
Once you have chosen the title(s) you wish to borrow, place the book on hold. Kindly follow the procedures on our FAQ page or you may watch this video to guide you on how this can be done.
Alternatively, you can also send your list by email to clr@benilde.edu.ph
2. SCHEDULE A PICK UP DATE & TIME
Once the requested books are ready for pick up, CLR will send you a notification via e-mail. Reply with your preferred pick up date & time. Wait for CLR's confirmation of your preferred schedule.
NOTE: Kindly schedule your pickup transactions within our service hours for this Term: Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturdays from 8:00AM to 5:00PM only.
3. RECEIVE THE RESERVED BOOKS
Option 1: Pick up at CLR branch
Proceed to the circulation counter of your specified pick-up branch location (10th floor, AKIC Campus; 7th floor, DAC (formerly SDA Campus); and Ground floor & 2nd floor, Taft Campus) and inform the CLR associate of your reserved book/s.
Option 2: Curbside Pick-up
A CLR associate will be ready at your preferred branch (AKIC Campus, Student Entrance; DAC (formerly SDA Campus), Main Entrance; and Taft Campus, Main Gate/Entrance 1) to hand over the requested material/s to you or to your designated representative. The CLR must be informed ahead of the exact time and date of pickup via email (clr@benilde.edu.ph) or through the contact details given below.
Upon arrival, your designated representative may simply request our security officers to call the CLR at 8230-5100 local 2482 (AKIC), 3482 (DAC) and 1484 (Taft).
Option 3: Pick-up and Delivery
Third-party courier service will be booked by you to have the materials picked up from your preferred branch (AKIC Campus, Student Entrance; DAC (formerly SDA Campus), Main Entrance; and Taft Campus, Main Gate/Entrance 1) and delivered to your location/home address. Upon booking, inform the CLR of the details of the transaction (i.e., service provider and name of the driver who will pick up the books) via email (clr@benilde.edu.ph) or through the contact details given below.
Upon arrival of the courier service at your preferred campus, the rider may simply request our security officers to call the CLR at 8230-5100 local 2482 (AKIC), 3482 (DAC) and 1484 (Taft).
IMPORTANT: Booking of the third-party courier service as well as settling of all costs associated with it are the sole responsibility of the borrower.
