Archives Collection

The Archives house records that capture the history of the College, spanning print, non-print, and three-dimensional formats. These materials may include:

  1. Theses, dissertations, published articles, and books by students and faculty
  2. In-house video tapes/recordings
  3. Photographs
  4. Posters
  5. Memorabilia
  6. College publications
  7. Other miscellaneous items

Theses Collection

The Theses Collection contains all Benilde undergraduate theses (print), which are located in the Archives Section of the CLR on the 8th floor of the School of Design and Arts Campus.

Theses bibliographic information is accessible through WorldCat Discovery. Please note that unlike other CLR collections, this collection follows a closed-shelf system.

  1. Retrieve the call number from the catalog.
  2. Visit the SDA-CLR Circulation Counter to request the thesis.

Note: Photocopying is strictly prohibited, and theses are for in-library use only.


Lasalliana Collection

The Lasalliana Collection features materials related to St. La Salle, St. Benilde, and other Lasallian Brothers, as well as publications by Lasallian schools or items highlighting the Lasallian tradition.


Important Notes

  1. All DLS-CSB undergraduate theses are shelved by accession number in ascending order.
  2. Theses are strictly for room use and cannot be taken outside the library.
  3. The Theses Collection, Special Collections, and Lasalliana Collection have been relocated to the CLR Archives Section on the 8th floor of the Design and Arts Campus.
